Flow workshops

DAY 1: Saturday April 6th lead by Jessy Thomas.
Assisted by Cat Harding.
You will deep dive into the basic poses of a Flow class. Learn the pose ideals and how to do them best for your individual body. Whether you are a new or experienced practitioner, you will come away from this workshop with new insight and things to work on in your practice.
DAY 2: Sunday April 7th lead by Amelia Quantrill.
Assisted by Cat Harding and Candice Mayers.
This session will focus on breath/energy, modifications/props, transitions/balance, backbends/twists. Deepen and refine your practice with more attention & awareness.

HOT YOGA WORKSHOPS

DAY 1: Saturday April 20th Led by Meghan, Brook & Avery.
This session will tackle the Breathing Exercise to Triangle Pose. Each pose will be broken down in more depth, and time will be taken for questions and individual modifications.
DAY 2: Sunday April 21st Led by Meghan, Deb & Brook.
This session will take you through Standing Separate Leg Head To Knee Pose all the way through Spine Twisting pose. Each pose will be studied in more depth with time for questions, individual modifications and additional tips.
These workshops are great for you if you love hot yoga and want to deepen your practice or if you have questions about the postures need help or modifications.

HOT PILATES WORKSHOPS

The workshop will focus on Pilates Principles, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and how linking the two creates proven benefits for the body and mind. Think core muscle engagement, breath control, contracting muscles properly and moving with intention. As we break down movements and give personal adjustments, you will be able to identify where you can lean into a more mindful practice, allowing for the most effective benefits for YOUR body!
DAY 1: Saturday May 4th will be lead by Deb and Beth and will focus on Bridges, Abs and Planks.
Day 2: Sunday May 5th will be lead by Deb and Beth and focus on legs, arms and cardio.
