THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a junior-level role with meaningful responsibility and room to grow, ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and ready to take ownership of their work.
This role is not entry-level. We are seeking someone with formal education in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with relevant hands-on marketing experience. You should already have a solid foundation in marketing execution and feel confident managing day-to-day marketing tasks independently.
You will play a key role in supporting new business initiatives, including the marketing of teacher trainings, special programs, and future studio growth. As a small and fast-moving business, this role requires flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to wear multiple hats. You’ll be expected not only to execute, but also to identify opportunities, suggest improvements, and help bring ideas to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and schedule social media content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
Support email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and launches
Assist with marketing teacher trainings, special programs, and new offerings
Support campaign planning for events, challenges, and studio initiatives
Create graphics and content using Canva
Update and maintain the website, landing pages, and other web-based properties
Support basic SEO and website optimization
Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms
Engage with our community online in a thoughtful, genuine way
Track basic performance metrics and support reporting
Assist with marketing support for future studio expansion as the business grows
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education in marketing, communications, or a related field and/or relevant marketing experience
Proven skills in social media management and content creation
Comfortable using social media platforms and Canva
Solid understanding of email marketing and campaign execution
Experience with landing pages and websites
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
Positive, team-oriented mindset
A minimum of 3+ years of industry experience is a strong asset, but we’re ultimately looking for someone with a solid foundation who is ready to build and grow with us.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$40,000–$50,000/year, based on experience
30–40 hours/week
Hybrid role: both in-studio + remote work
