HOT 60

The Original Hot Yoga.

60 min version of our 26 pose & 2 breathing exercise traditional hot yoga class. Beginner friendly. We will stretch and strengthen every muscle in the body.

Come hydrated & ready to sweat that sh*t out! 
The room is heated to 40C with 40% humidity (HOT).

HOT 90

The Original Hot Yoga.

90 min version of our 26 pose & 2 breathing exercise traditional hot yoga class. Beginner friendly. We will stretch and strengthen every muscle in the body.

Come hydrated & ready to sweat that sh*t out! 
The room is heated to 40C with 40% humidity (HOT).

HIIT PILATES

Strength Training & Cardio.

High Intensity Interval Training (think cardio/fat burning) combined with Pilates Principles (think core stability work). Fun, challenging, full body, high intensity, low impact workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat. Designed for all fitness levels
The room is heated to 35C with 35% humidity.

ALIGN AND FLOW

Your foundation builder

This class focuses on foundational yoga poses to increase body and breath awareness, flexibility and strength.

The room is heated to 32C

(Think warm, but not offensively hot).

VIN/YIN

Vinyasa flow to Yin slow

A combination class, starts with an invigorating vinyasa flow, followed by a relaxing Yin series of longer holds for increased fascial and muscle stretching. This class is great for opening the joints and resetting the mind.

The room is heated to 32C.

FEEL GOOD FLOW

Flow to feel better

Connect with your breath and move through a fluid flowing sequence that works through your body and will leave you feeling both energized and rested.

The room is heated to 30C to help you warm up and feel good!

MASHUP

Music. Movement. Mashup. 

A creative blend of our different movement styles & postures (Hot, Flow, & Yin) set to an epic playlist. This music centered experience is one of our most popular classes. 

Note: This class has less verbal cueing and instruction than some of our other classes due to the loud music that plays a key role in the unwinding, undoing and sheer happiness.

It is NOT recommended for beginners.

The room is heated to 35C.

NAMASLAY

A candlelit, "music centered", power flow class.

The music is central to the experience; loud, sometimes intense, you will move to the beat, let your breath and the music guide your movement and leave feeling refreshed, and reconnected with your self. 
Note: This class has less verbal cueing and instruction than some of our other classes due to the loud music.

It is NOT recommended for beginners.

The room is heated to 32C (think warm).

YIN

The chill, super low impact class.

Relaxing & restorative, focused on deep stretching and long holds targeting the deep connective tissue of the body & fascia with a large emphasis on the hips, legs and spine.

You will relax & restore the nervous system and leave feeling refreshed. If you'd like to bring your yoga blocks, bolsters or straps please do so!

This class is beginner friendly!

The room is warm.

YOGA NIDRA

Yogic Sleep: not quite awake, or asleep

A deeply relaxing guided meditation that brings the body into a state between waking and sleeping. This practice helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural ability to rest and restore.

As the body relaxes, the brain shifts into slower wave states that encourage emotional processing, relaxation, and recovery — similar to what happens during sleep.

Our Yoga Nidra classes are guided using iRest, a more secular and accessible approach that removes traditional cultural language and is designed with sensitivity to trauma and emotional triggers.

Expect a deeply restful experience. Feel free to bring props like a pillow or blanket for extra comfort, and dress comfortably.

This class is held in a gently warm room at 31C.
