Welcome to the ultimate chill session at Namaste North.
This class blends the deep, soothing stillness of yin yoga with gentle hands-on adjustments and a carefully curated playlist designed to melt you into your mat.
Think of it as your weekly reset: you’ll settle into supported, ultra-comfortable shapes - long, slow holds that target the deep connective tissues and fascia, especially around the hips, legs, and spine. As the music rolls and the room’s warm glow wraps around you, our instructors will offer relaxing hands-on adjustments to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and create that “floating out of the studio” feeling.
It’s super low-impact, deeply restorative, and honestly… a little luxurious.
If you have your own blocks, bolsters, pillows, or straps, feel free to bring them to make your nest even cozier.
