This relaxing and restorative practice focuses on deep stretching and longer holds designed to target the body’s connective tissue and fascia, with a strong emphasis on the hips, legs, and spine. The slower pace allows you to soften tension, settle the nervous system, and create space in both body and mind.
Throughout this specialty class, sound bowls will be used to enhance the experience, offering gentle vibrations and calming tones to support relaxation and help you drop more deeply into each posture. The room is warm to encourage comfort and ease in the tissues.
If you have your own yoga blocks, bolsters or pillows, or straps, you’re welcome to bring them to help you feel fully supported.
