The Original Hot Yoga taught by a Teaching Team of 2! One instructor teaching the class + one instructor walking around the room, giving students personalized corrections. 26 poses & 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. Beginner friendly. We will stretch and strengthen every muscle in the body. Come hydrated & ready to sweat! The room is heated to 40C with 40% humidity (HOT).
