This strength training class is built to develop powerful glutes and a strong, supportive core. Throughout class, we will work intentionally to strengthen the muscles that support posture, movement efficiency, and long-term resilience. This class is focused on functional strength and sustained effort — challenging without being chaotic, and demanding without being reckless. Come prepared with water, a towel, focus, and a readiness to work. The class will leave you feeling strong and energized, with a pump that will serves as a reminder you earned it.
