Summer Sweat Club is an 8-week community challenge designed to help you stay consistent, move your body, and have fun doing it. Whether you’re trying to rebuild routine, stay motivated through the summer months, or simply spend more time around good people — this is your invitation to show up for yourself in a way that actually feels sustainable.
Expect sweaty classes, themed events, community connection, team accountability, and a little healthy competition along the way. You can join as an individual or create a team with your friends and keep each other motivated all summer long.
