If you're looking for deep rest, and restoration this might be for you! You will be guided into restorative and restful yoga poses supported by props (please bring a pillow, blanket or bolster if you have one) while the instructor a Certified Reiki Master, will perform Reiki energy and make her way around the room, giving one on one hands on healing (if desired). Reiki is a form of energy work that helps to enhance and balance life force and energy fields.
