Special Class: Align & Flow Team Teach w/ Jessy & Robina
This class focuses on foundational yoga poses designed to increase body and breath awareness while building flexibility, stability, and strength. It’s ideal for newer students, or experienced practitioners wanting to refine the fundamentals and move with more confidence.
This is a team-taught class, meaning one teacher will guide the practice while the other moves through the room offering individual support and assistance. This allows for more personalized feedback, hands-on help (when welcomed), and a supportive learning environment.
The room is heated to 32°C. Think warm and comfortable, but not intensely hot, helping muscles relax and making movement feel more accessible.

Workshop: HIIT Pilates Level Up!
Level UP! is for movers who love to work hard, and are ready to work smarter, making every rep count. In this workshop, we break the myth that faster equals better and dive into the science of why slowing down actually builds strength faster. You’ll learn how to improve muscle recruitment, time under tension, and movement precision that always beats momentum, especially when weights are involved. After this workshop, you’ll show up to every class moving with intention, minimizing wasted reps, and creating the kind of deep muscular demand you can’t rush. Less rushing, more results … and yes, it burns more.
Foundational, now refining and using skills (add something that will incentivize those who attended previous workshops to come back and keep building) also good for beginners.

Special Class: Hot 60 Soft Vibes w/ Avery
The Original Hot Yoga with a softened vibe, your same guided practice with soft lighting and soft music. 26 poses & 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. Beginner friendly. We will stretch and strengthen every muscle in the body. Come hydrated & ready to sweat! The room is heated to 40C with 40% humidity (HOT). 60 minute class.

Special Class: Power Core & Glutes w/ Zak
This strength training class is built to develop powerful glutes and a strong, supportive core. Expect consistent, athletic movements designed to improve muscular endurance, stability, and control in the hot room. Throughout class, we will work intentionally to strengthen the muscles that support posture, movement efficiency, and long-term resilience. This class is focused on functional strength and sustained effort — challenging without being chaotic, and demanding without being reckless. Come prepared with water, a towel, focus, and a readiness to work. The class will leave you feeling strong and energized, with a pump that will serves as a reminder you earned it. The room is heated to 98° and 35% humidity.

Workshop: Somatic Yoga w/ Cat & Robina
This workshop offers a practical introduction to Somatic Yoga, a gentle, neuroscience-informed approach to movement that works directly with the nervous system. Using slow, mindful movements and pandiculation (active contraction followed by slow release), somatic yoga helps release chronic tension, improve mobility, and restore ease in the body, without passive stretching.
The session includes a brief, easy-to-digest learning portion woven with movement and breathwork. We’ll explore how the nervous system influences tension, the key benefits of somatic yoga, the difference between pandiculation and traditional stretching, and simple pranayama techniques to support relaxation and regulation. There will be time for Q & A and students will receive a take-home handout of the somatic movements practiced, offering a tool to support their practice beyond the studio. Room will not be heated.

This empowering session is led by Beth Bashford, our trusted yoga and fitness expert, who has personally navigated menopause and brings a deep passion for healthy living, especially as we age.
This is not a medical consultation, diagnosis, or prescription-based talk. Instead, it’s an open, supportive space to explore the science of menopause, gain a clearer understanding of the hormonal changes behind the transition, and learn why certain symptoms may arise.
Working in a coaching capacity, Beth offers practical, realistic strategies to support women through one of the most pivotal stages of their lives; physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Join Kayla and Amelia for a spring revival and reawakening. This 2 hour experience includes an invigorating flow centred on the new season, cloths infused with essential oils, a soothing sound bath, and embodied yoga philosophy (chakras, mudras, and mantras). This workshop is perfect for priming you for the transitional phase of winter to summer through mind, body, and spirit, and is accessible for all yogis (all levels encouraged.)

Pop Up Class: Yin with Sound Bowls Team Teach w/ Effie & Nat
This relaxing and restorative practice focuses on deep stretching and longer holds designed to target the body’s connective tissue and fascia, with a strong emphasis on the hips, legs, and spine. The slower pace allows you to soften tension, settle the nervous system, and create space in both body and mind.
Throughout this specialty class, sound bowls will be used to enhance the experience, offering gentle vibrations and calming tones to support relaxation and help you drop more deeply into each posture. The room is warm to encourage comfort and ease in the tissues.
If you have your own yoga blocks, bolsters or pillows, or straps, you’re welcome to bring them to help you feel fully supported.

Would you like feedback on your alignment, help understanding a pose, or space to ask questions? This workshop is your chance! This HOT workshop is designed to help you dive deeper into this therapeutic practice with a special focus on the floor series. Together, we’ll explore how the poses are meant to work, how they can best support your body, and how to approach them with more confidence and awareness. You’ll receive guidance on alignment, learn practical tips to refine your practice, and have plenty of time to ask questions in a supportive, relaxed setting. Whether you’re newer to the series or have been practicing for years, this workshop will help you build understanding, improve comfort in the poses, and get more out of your practice.

Special Class: MashUP! Women’s Themed Playlist + Hands-on Assists for Yin Section
A creative blend of our different movement styles: Hot, Flow, and Yin, set to an epic (sometimes explicit) playlist. This class is a music-driven experience designed to help you move, release, and reconnect through strong, fluid, and grounding sequences. The louder soundtrack plays a key role in the unwinding, undoing, and happiness that this class is known for! We recommend students have a few Hot Yoga and Flow classes under their belt, as this class includes less verbal cueing and instruction than some of our other classes and relies more on moving with the rhythm and feeling of the practice.
This version of the class carries a women’s-themed energy, so expect a high-vibe playlist, and empowering movement like Goddess pose that invite strength and confidence.
The final Yin portion will include hands-on support from trained staff (always optional), along with added touches like cool cloths at the end to help you fully settle, restore, and leave feeling grounded and cared for.
The room is heated to 35C.

Yogalates is a beautiful combination of the gentle stretch of yoga with its asanas and mindfulness and the core-building strength and posture awareness of Pilates. Yogalates is quite simply the perfect East meets West fitness class which has the benefits of both Yoga and Pilates. You will leave feeling energized, calm and stretched in all the right places!

Welcome to the ultimate chill session at Namaste North.
This class blends the deep, soothing stillness of yin yoga with gentle hands-on adjustments and a carefully curated playlist designed to melt you into your mat.
Think of it as your weekly reset: you’ll settle into supported, ultra-comfortable shapes - long, slow holds that target the deep connective tissues and fascia, especially around the hips, legs, and spine. As the music rolls and the room’s warm glow wraps around you, our instructors will offer relaxing hands-on adjustments to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and create that “floating out of the studio” feeling.
It’s super low-impact, deeply restorative, and honestly… a little luxurious.
If you have your own blocks, bolsters, pillows, or straps, feel free to bring them to make your nest even cozier.
Get ready to unwind, restore, and receive. Your body will thank you.

Reiki and Restorative with Effie
If you're looking for deep rest, and restoration this might be for you! You will be guided into restorative and restful yoga poses supported by props (please bring a pillow, blanket or bolster if you have one) while the instructor a Certified Reiki Master, will perform Reiki energy and make her way around the room, giving one on one hands on healing (if desired). Reiki is a form of energy work that helps to enhance and balance life force and energy fields. Benefits include:deep relaxation, release of stress and tension, improved sleep, emotional release, improved mood and overall enhanced well-being! Restore your mind, body, and soul.
